The Salesforce Business Analyst Program is a comprehensive training program designed for individuals who possess a passion for improving business processes and practices, and who enjoy helping businesses analyse their products, services, and systems for improvement. The program is geared towards Business Analysts who are looking to move into the Salesforce field, as well as Salesforce Certified Administrators seeking to advance their careers in Salesforce.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, carrying out business process analysis, and managing complex multi-cloud CRM consulting projects. You will be expected to perform end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, while also ensuring on-time, high-quality software project deliveries. The role requires expertise in Business Analysis and the use of Salesforce Applications, as well as the ability to implement multiple Salesforce projects.
Your responsibilities will include drafting specifications, participating in the framing of a Salesforce project, understanding how a company operates on a daily basis, and proposing appropriate solutions to meet the company’s objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying performance indicators, configuring reports and dashboards, and sending recommendations to management.
The Salesforce Business Analyst Program will run for 6 weeks of which 3 weeks live training and 3 weeks project, and will include a oxfordable live project. Upon completion of the program, participants are encouraged to take the Salesforce Administrator certification exam (if they have not already. Organizations looking to improve their business processes will greatly benefit from having a Salesforce Business Analyst on their payroll or as a consultant.
